We have been successfully applying our decades of experience in minimally invasive laser surgery in various areas of human medicine, such as dentistry, ENT, plastic surgery, tumor surgery, urology, and gynecology. We are now applying it in veterinary medicine as well.

In veterinary medicine, the diode laser is gaining increasing acceptance and is massively expanding the treatment spectrum for large and small animals alike.

Surgery with a high output power diode laser enables above all an operation with only light bleeding and improved wound healing compared to conventional surgical therapy methods.

One of the main indications in large animals is the minimally invasive laser therapy of the laryngeal hemiplegia in horses. In addition, the diode laser is successfully used in large animals, especially in the fields of ENT, dermatology, and general surgery for the resection of tumors and cysts. 

Veterinarians in small animal medicine see a considerable advantage in the use of a diode laser in the surgical treatment of dogs and cats. Here, the diode laser is used primarily in dental surgery, for example, for the resection of epulids and for the treatment of periodontal disease. It is also widely used in the treatment of brachycephalic syndrome (also: nasal surgery, glossectomy, tonsillectomy, reduction of the velum palatinum).

In addition, our diode laser is used in small animal tumor surgery in urology and in the treatment of an ectopic ureter. In the application field of gynecology, the minimally invasive laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis is a suitable indication for using the diode laser.

The diode laser can also be used for various minimally invasive procedures in exotic animals.
